Josh has held roles at industry-leading companies such as Amazon Web Services, VMware, BCBS, Extron, N-Able/SolarWinds, and Salesforce, where he has successfully managed complex projects, optimized operations, and led teams through transformative growth.


  • AWS: Led security initiatives protecting millions of users, including launching AWS Firewall Manager and mitigating large-scale DDoS attacks.
  • VMware: Achieved SOC2 certification, modernized SaaS security products, and improved vulnerability management across cloud platforms.
  • N-Able (SolarWinds MSP): Optimized Kubernetes deployments, streamlined CI/CD pipelines, and enhanced DevOps efficiency for MSP-focused services.
  • Salesforce: Led multi-cloud expansion into China, built scalable CI/CD pipelines, and developed the Substrate SDK for global cloud deployment.
